Novantum Analytics is business analytics for online stores with 27 sections, including gross profit analysis by product and client, forecasts, inventory and pricing management, and AI that answers questions about your data. Novantum Analytics identifies the sources of losses and, after a month, shows how effective your decisions were.
No WooCommerce? Upload a .csv or Excel file from any system. Shopify – in trial mode. The demo opens without an account.
65 clients: €33,437 given away in discounts over the period — ~€2,748 per month at the current pace.
What to doThe margin doesn't earn this discount — renegotiate the terms or tie the discount to volume.
27 sections in one dashboard
Enter your store address, click “Connect with WooCommerce” and then “Approve” in your store. WooCommerce creates a read-only key itself, and you can revoke it at any time. Novantum automatically loads orders, refunds and the product catalogue with brands and categories. If your store also provides purchase prices, they are included. After that, each sync only picks up the changes.
You don’t have to interpret charts yourself. You’ll see plain sentences with concrete numbers, for example: “3 products sold below cost – ~€616 per month”. Next to the main tables you’ll find “How to read” and “What these numbers say” sections.
Plan the findings (assign an owner and a deadline), mark what’s done, and Novantum measures the effect in euros per day for the same set of products or clients, using the same formula. After 28 days you’ll see whether the decision paid off.
Discount effectiveness by product and by client: where a discount lifts volume and where it only cuts margin. The biggest discount recipient – by name and amount.
A portfolio matrix (units sold × margin) and a profit curve by client: which products and which clients cost you money instead of making a profit.
Paid but not fulfilled – how many days they have been waiting, counted up to the latest data date. Over 7 days – yellow, over 30 – red. One click opens the list with a link to each order in your store admin.
Which payment method has an unpaid-order share twice the store average, and how many euros didn’t come in because of it.
How much you charge for shipping, how much ships free, the average order with and without free shipping, and the free-shipping threshold read from your data: what would happen to profit if you raised or lowered it.
New vs returning by month, time to return, cohort retention, RFM segments – without wrangling spreadsheets.
Every finding uses one formula that doesn’t change. Without purchase prices you see “—” instead of profit, not an invented number.
Each topic has its own section. Below they are arranged by the plan that includes them. In demo mode you can open all of them without an account.

| When purchase prices are missing | Zero or an error | It will guess | “—” and a clear count of products missing a price |
Novantum does use AI – where AI is good: explaining why a metric changed, writing an annual strategy, commenting on a section. The numbers are calculated by formulas, not by a language model.
Files are processed and stored only in your browser – they are never sent to a server. With store sync, orders travel from your store through the Novantum proxy server straight to your browser; the server stores neither the orders nor your keys. AI features use only anonymised summaries: client, product, group and brand names are replaced with placeholders before sending and decoded back in your browser when the answer arrives.
Delete everything at any time: “Clear data and log out” – there is no copy on the server.

In every plan your data stays in your browser. Prices are per month; you can change or cancel a paid plan in your profile at any time.
Yes. “Try with demo data” opens the dashboard with a fictional store, no account needed – all sections as in the Premium plan. Demo mode has no AI, downloads or uploads of your own data; for that you need an account, and the Free plan costs nothing.
Yes. Upload a .csv, .xlsx or .xls file from any system – accounting software, a point-of-sale system, another store platform. Column names are recognised in Latvian and English, and there is a sample file. The only thing you won’t get without a store connection is the order-level view (statuses, stuck orders, shipping), because a file doesn’t contain that data.
The Shopify connection works in trial mode: orders and refunds come in, with revenue after discounts and excluding VAT. There are two limitations – a Shopify access key is valid for 24 hours, so there is no continuous sync yet, and Shopify doesn’t provide purchase prices, so you’ll see “—” instead of profit. For continuous sync we currently recommend WooCommerce or a file.
For revenue, discounts, orders and clients – no. For profit and margin – yes: a WooCommerce store can provide them (the COGS field), and in a file use a “purchase price” column. Without them you’ll see “—” instead of profit, not an invented number.
Only anonymised summaries, for example “Product_2 – 5th largest by profit”. Product, client, group and brand names are replaced before sending and decoded in your browser. Row-level data never goes to the AI.
Your data is stored in your browser’s database on this device. If you clear your browser data, it disappears – with a store connection you sync it again, with a file you upload it again. There is no copy on the Novantum server – that is by design.
No. Revenue is after discounts and excluding VAT; profit = revenue − purchase costs (gross). VAT is not part of any profit calculation. Net profit with fixed costs is in the Profitability section and the Budget Planner.
It depends on the number of orders: seconds for a small store, several minutes for a large one with its full history. You can choose how much to load: the last 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 orders, or all of them.
No credit card, no sending files, no sales call.
