Why isn’t Excel enough?
Novantum Analytics is not another IT project built by programmers with no real business experience.
I come from e-commerce and retail. For years I worked in sales and ran into the same problem that plagues most business owners: data is everywhere, but answers are not.
The most important questions – “Which clients are about to leave?”, “Which product is actually losing money?”, “Which strategy should we choose for next year?” – often remain unanswered.
Every month I exported CSV files and waded through endless Excel spreadsheets. It was slow, unpleasant to look at and, frankly, hard to follow. I spent hours just organising data instead of making decisions. I knew my data should work for me, not the other way around.
That’s why I created Novantum Analytics.

I wanted a tool that:
